לא ב"ד בתר בית דינא לא דייקי בית דינא בתר עדים דייקי:

be accepted unless [the court] know [the parties]. Consequently<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Since no court would allow halizah, or a declaration of refusal, unless the parties were known to it.
